What I love most about these dense salads:
They are loaded with fresh veggies! Your gut Microbiome will be having a little party. These salads pack in a rainbow of veggies!
They incorporate so many fresh herbs. Friends - if you’re not growing herbs year-round in Houston yet, we’d love to get you started! Having fist-fulls of organic, fresh herbs right outside my door is not only delicious - it’s so convenient! Plus to buy the quantity of herbs I used in this salad, it would have cost me over $30 at the store. What?!??
They are filling. The combination of protein and fiber in these salads makes you feel full so long.
The flavor gets better and better so these are perfect for meal prepping!

This Mediterranean Three Bean Salad from Suzy Karadsheh is a winner! It is packed with protein, fiber, and flavor. It uses lots of mint, parsley, and basil! I add chicken and feta cheese depending on who is eating at my house on nights when I make this - but it’s great as is!
These Dense Bean Salads are delish but with fresh herbs right out of the garden, they are seriously next-level!
