Garden Goddess Salad Dressing
Need a delicious, easy salad dressing recipe?
This Garden Goddess Dressing is great on salads, Mediterranean bowls, fish tacos - it’s so versatile.
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 garlic cloves
2 Tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2-3/4 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/3 cup raw, unsalted pine nuts
1/3 cup water
1 Tbs agave syrup
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until creamy.
So easy!
